About

Caro is a sexual health and gender equity expert who uses exceptional project management skills to design and deliver innovative programs focusing on historically excluded populations globally. With 9 years of experience in the field, Caro is a passionate self starter who specializes in the development and implementation of project-specific programs, facilitation of sensitive subject matter, and cross-cultural relationship building. She has worked in Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, and the USA managing projects fighting for equity in sexual health.

When I was fifteen I taught my first sexual health workshop to my fellow high school students as a peer leader selected by school administers. This began my journey as a sexual health expert and fierce advocate for health equity around the world. I believe that providing equitable, affordable, and sustainable sexual health information and services is the first step towards the bodily autonomy and freedom we all deserve. My passion for equity and women's rights as well as my experience working across continents as a sexual health and gender equity program manager give me the unique ability to build relationships and ignite change cross-culturally.
